Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or will result in loss of deposit or 25% charge whichever greater.

  • Same-day cancellations or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a 25% charge.

  • Some locations require full payment upfront when booking. For these bookings, cancellations result in a 50% fee.

  • Each deposit allows for one reschedule, subject to availability.
